Maybe there is one person who is curious as to why I have decided on choosing baking as my passion and hobby so here is this little, short read for you.

I'm most proud of this cake in the visual aspect, first attempt but 2nd attempt will be better

The simplicity of a Pancake

A pancake, a nice round golden pancake my father made one morning. The way he put eggs and milk, then the flour and sugar, and then came the mixing and all the ingredients dissolved into this cake like batter. As he put it on the griddle you could start to see the batter start forming bubbles, and once he flipped it... a golden, crispy pancake was formed and devoured. This was back when I was 7, after that I joined every cooking and baking class I could back in school as well as teaching myself at home.

The Peace in Baking

Baking for some may be quite stressful and very time consuming, which is very reasonable, but for me I enjoy the time I take into creating something I could potentially be so proud of, because there's not that many occasions where I am, it's simply the hope and prayers that this product will come out exactly how I am imagining it. In a way I'm a perfectionist and I get very down when my product doesn't meet the high standard I put it on, no matter what compliment I receive on it, if it wasn't me who's proud of my own work then I won't be satisfied with it at all. But it still makes me feel happy seeing someone eat my hard work.

Baking is cool

I personally admire anyone who's passion for baking is as big as me and I like to see them as competition, helps my brain work to try and do better. Also, I love cake.
